This skirt may be the single most gorgeous item I've ever purchased from Amazon and that includes thousands of items through the years. (DO NOT Tell my fiancé that number. shhh its our secret.) This has an elastic waist, it is tea length (I'm 5'4") and while it has a nice flowy feel, it is narrow enough on the underneath slip to not have the wind blow it. The sheer tulle has the most stunning black velvet flowers. I will be taking this on my honeymoon to Napa Valley but this is definitely elegant enough to go to a wedding with the proper top accompanied with the skirt. DO NOT hesitate on this one. you will be pleasantly surprised.

I liked it. It didn’t look too formal, but it could be formal. It was ragged. If you wanted ragged it was great. I used it as a witch skirt. Perfect price

Looks lovely and fits beautifully. Steaming is recommended after it’s shipped as it’s very creased.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality! One size made me nervous but it fits nicely (regularly I'm a M/size 6-8) super easy to dress up or down and not see through.
