Like the size and magnet, however the magnet sticks to the keys. works well though.

I just have to get into the habit of using the release buttons instead of grabbing my full set of keys. Great magnet btw.

I have my keys attached to a retractable lanyard which has improved my life significantly. No more losing my keys, no more standing in front of doors searching my pockets for whatever odd place I stuck them, they're just there and gone as needed. The downside is the ignition key to my car, it became immediately apparant that having a string tethered to your key while trying to turn the wheel is quite dangerous. I bought this to put on my ignition key so I can disconnect it from the lanyard while driving.I saw other quick connectors that only used magnets, but could see something like that easily snagging on something and falling to the ground for my key to never be seen again. The extra physical lock on this connector solves that issue completely. It's fairly quick and easy to press the two side buttons to release your key, and then reconnecting is even easier, you don't need to press the buttons to re-attach, just let the magnets pull the contraption back together. I do recommend visually inspecting the connector while putting it back together to insure it has latched correctly.The magnets are quite strong on their own, but the extra latch just insures it will stay connected until you manually disconnect.The only thing I take issue with is the price. $22 for one is absurd. There are similar designs that are half that price, sometimes for multi packs. I recommend checking out a similar product by "TISUR" that gives you 2 for the same price. AISN B0D4M6854M

Very easy to use for any item you want to remove from keychain. Almost puts itself back together.
