Fits my LG refrigerator perfectly. 👌 Easy installation that took only a few seconds. Definitely saved me money compared to buying the brand name version. I won't hesitate to purchase again!

Easy to install and fit perfectly…no leaks! Also, unlike some other reviews, there was no issue twisting 1/4 turn to lock it in place. Others mentioned that the flow slows down soon after installing…I noticed this too, so I did a timed experiment after about 3-4 weeks of use - measured flow rate was 35 fl. ounces in one minute, less than 0.3 gallons per minute, significantly less than the rated flow rate of 0.5 GPM as marked on the filter!!Updated 03/01/2022: Installed new filter today and measured flow rate at 0.5 gallons per 57 seconds, slightly more than advertised 1/2 GPM. We use a lot of filtered water, so in a few weeks, I’ll recheck flow rate and update this review.Updated 3/24/22: in a little over 3 weeks of use, it takes about 71 seconds to dispense 1/2 gallon of water, equal to ~ 0.42 GPM. This is ~ 80% of the rate when installed, so about a 20% drop in 23 days….stay tuned for additional updates.Updated 4/23/2022: 53 days after installing the new filter, it took 80 seconds to dispense 1/2 gallon, so flow rate has slowed slightly from last update to 1gal/160 seconds, or 0.38 gallons/minute; about %70 of advertised and original flow rate.Updated 05/24/2022:Filter has been in service since 3/1/22. Measured its flow rate today at 0.5 gal per 96 seconds, or 0.312 gal/minute; about 62% of advertised 0.5 gpm. We drink and use a lot of filtered water, for coffee/tea, cooking, fridge ice makers, and just for drinking; in total, 2-3 gallons/day. So in 84 days of use, about 170-250 gallons of filtered water. The filter has a rated capacity of 200 gallons, so I replaced it just now. Measured flow rate of new filter at 0.5 gal/ 54 sec, or about 0.55 gpm.Overall, I’m pretty happy with these filters; they seem to be doing their job of removing particulates and odors within their rated capacity of 200 gallons.Updated September 09, 2022:Interestingly, the filter that I installed on 05/24/22 is still delivering about 0.55 gallons per minute, so the flow rate hasn’t slowed since I installed it, almost 3-1/2 months ago! We’re using just as much filtered water, if not more, over these hotter summer months, so this is significantly different behavior than what happened with the last 2 filters, each of which slowed to about 1/2 this rate after about 3 months of use.Updated 03/26/25:Still using these filters, and they are working great. I change them about every 8 weeks; by then the flow rate is noticeably lower. At about 1/3 rd the cost of OEM filters, I’m very happy with the value and performance.
