I like this headset. This is the 2nd time I purchased the exact same item. The first one eventually died (possibly due to sweat?). When I bought the second one, I also bought the Asurion protection/replacement plan. When the second one also died (power/vol+ button stopped working, also possibly due to sweat, not sure) I contacted Asurion who said the original manufacturer's 1yr warranty was still in force. I contacted YouthWhisper here via Amazon, and they were very responsive and made the replacement process very smooth. Am very grateful!This headset works very well, is very comfortable to wear (sometimes I forget I even have it on!), and I absolutely love having the bone conduction audio so that I can still also hear my environment as well (I need to know what my kids are up to).This unit has been a great value for my money, since a colleague had recommended a much more expensive brand, but another coworker said they had used this YouthWhisper one and thought it was fine, and I concur!

This looks like it will fit our Sprinter from a quick test fit.I got this to have an extra one on hand for the future since this filter is exposed to bugs, leaves, etc.It appears that the only way to contact the seller is via Amazon, so deducted a star for no direct access to a website of customer support., at least that I could find.

Not only does this not fit a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter, but it cost me $79 dollars for the dealership to tell me that. The listing clearly says it fits the 2019 2500 and it looks like others had success so I'm not sure what went wrong here.

This replacement cabin filter fits my 2022 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 perfectly. The material looks good, but there is not much information about it, nor are there ratings or standards for its filtration ability.

I have been using these for several months. I can connect them to my phone, iPad, and TV. There are times when the ambient noise interferes with being able to listen to whatever but that is expected with this type of device. It also means I can easily hear what is going on in a room while still privately listening to whatever.

I actually ordered the wrong product for my vehicle, and this is where I encountered a snag. This company prides itself (rightfully so) of selling US- made products and "satisfaction guaranteed". But there is no way to contact them at all! No website that I could find, no phone number, address, or email given.All I can seem to do is return the item within a month or so, as per Amazon's policies. That's actually a step back from many Chinese manufacturers, who include a little thank you card and provide at least an email. I find this unacceptable from this US- brand.I'll say that the filter seems nicely made, is solid and smells pleasantly of paper.

This is a perfectly sized replacement for the bug and leaf clogged filter that had been in my van for the last six years. It takes only minutes to replace and costs far less than the dealer supplied item. This is a repair that even someone with the most modest of mechanics skills could do. If you can open the hood, you can replace this filter.

Son muy buenos para correr y pedalear se mantiene una buena escucha del entorno, tiene ademas muy buen acabado en comparación con otros modelos como el H20, pero como soporta únicamente bluetooth en la alberca no funciona, se use un celular o un reloj con musica bluetooth se corta cada que entra al agua. Es una lastima porque son audífonos muy buenos.

I connected to my 1+12. I could not hear very well at all. Tried number of videos, songs, YouTube videos etc .....Muffled, and constant scratchy sound on right side.Perhaps I got a defective piece. The box seemed open ..... Probably already returned by someonr.I am returning it ... Will try another one more expensive.... Hope that works well.

Al tercer uso dejo de conectarse vía Bluetooth , lo intente con el iPhone, iPad, iPod, bocina Bosé , bocina LG, laptop y con ninguno se pudo ! Esa bonito, creo a el material se puede romper fácilmente , entiendo sea un poco rígido para q apriete en la sien y tenga mas contacto pero si se dobla un poco más hay riesgo de romperse !

Voz clara, el microfono capta perfecto, super ligeros y cómodos, sin problema puedo traerlos por horas en reuniones. No molesto a nadie, e incluso bajo mi voz porque me escucho cuando hablo. Super útiles en la oficina. No son para escuchar música, sólo voz. Los materiales y funcionalidad están perfectas por el precio.
