I ordered the filter for home brew , most equipment for home brew uses 1/4 “ hose, as you can see by the pics this pump does not come close to the right size for my hose

Was purchased to filter beer inline while transfering to bottling bucket. The barbs are garbage, don't tighten enough, even with teflon tape. Even after changing the barbs and getting a good seal, there are still too many air bubbles exiting the housing with the liquid. I won't use it for fear of oxidation.

Got this to filter my homebrews before kegging. It does filter the beer, but expect to get some leakage. For the price, it is adequate.
