I love this chandelier! It’s gorgeous. The light bounces off the chandelier and it looks like diamonds. You can see it from outside through my window and I get so many compliments. It’s beautiful when it’s on and off. The remote is very handy but it also works on the switch. It has several modes from warm to bright white light. You can choose the light setting you prefer and the remote remembers. It’s very bright when it’s at full capacity. The remote has a one-touch night light feature which is really cool. My husband did need to call in backup to hang it. Putting it together was easy. Simple to follow directions. Since the chandelier can be positioned in several different ways you need to meticulously adjust the wires to get it straight. I want to position it to an X but my husband is afraid to adjust it again. I love it. It functions perfectly and is a nice high quality. Much higher quality than you would expect to get for the price. Excellent value for the money. It has elevated the look and feel of my room. Apologies on the pics. It’s hard to capture because there is so much sparkle.

Once installed if it doesn’t look aligned, adjust the wiring. It can look bent, just have to play with the wiring and it’ll align.

It arrived broken and it comes with replace my glass but you can’t fix it as the wires too damaged*update** January 26,2024 replacement came and installed it was hard To install so I’d give it a 4/5
