I had to cut the tab off on the inside so I could remove the cup from the holder.

I got these for our paddleboards but the suction isn't what you'd expect. Didn't stick at all.

I ordered this desk cup holder because my current favorite cup is tall and very tip-able. I have an expensive RGB keyboard just inches from where I usually keep my cup on my desk and more than once almost tipped over the cup. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was this cup holder is heavy. Once I placed my cup into the cup holder the rubber flaps kept my cup nice and secure (see photo). My cup was easy to remove and easy to place.My desk cup holder order arrived fast (I have Amazon Prime) and was well packaged. I'm glad I ordered this desk cup holder and recommend it.

I bought 2 for the hot tub. Sturdy and fits a variety of cup shapes/sizes. Has 1 large suction cup on the bottom (instead of several small) so make sure the mounting surface is wide enough (about 4 in, I think).

It holds drinks great but slides constantly. I put it in one of our rigs on a flat metal surface. It suction cupped great but, the first turn and it slide right off. We ended up putting a self tapping screw and washing in it to hold it. Great cup holders and holds pretty much anything. You just need to be careful how you use it.
