Necessary parts for the disc and buffer were missing. Attachments did not fit on the ends to secure buffing wheels.

Purpose: Purchased this for the compact size and horizontal chuck capability to quickly change from mandrel and arbor-mounted cutting wheels, wire brushes, sanding pads, etc.Included: Neatly packaged and included everything needed to use upon setup; extra pads and necessary set screws, key, and allen wrenchesUsage: Completely satisfied for the price for home/hobby usage. I was not looking to purchase something industrial size, capacity and pricing.

I build models and purchased this little machine for buffing small metal parts. The machine came with buffer attachments, of course, but also came with a chuck that can be used to hold drill bits or shafted buffers. All was well except the chuck... it had a pronounced wobble. I contacted Flyrivergo customer service and with only a couple back and forth emails, Flyrivergo sent me a new chuck for free. The new chuck is fine with no wobble at all. The machine seems to be perfect for my needs and I can't say enough good things about Flyrivergo's customer service... it's simply excellent. This is not a big industrial buffer, but for jewlery or any small metal polishing you may need to do, I don't think you can go wrong with this product.

Easy setup and use. The only odd thing was that you had to first drill through the plastic base in order to use the mounting holes. Time will tell how durable the polisher is, but so far (1 week) it has performed very well.

I started building slingshots. I decided to get this little bench polisher to help with finishing... Didn't expect much. I got the one that has the drill chuck on the other side for potentially turning beads. This has quickly become the most used machine in my shop. I have some sanding drums for my drill press... Chuck them in and you have a vertical spindle sander. My sanding pads? Same and you have a sander/shaper. Drill a hole in a piece of stock and you can use it as a mini-lathe for turning beads, knobs, etc...Oh, and it even works as a polisher. :)I have run this machine at high speed for long periods of time and it hasn't flinched. I can sand knobs and it has enough weight I don't need to bolt it down. It's quiet. It's powerful. It's awesome. I love this lil' guy.
