Bought this for a work event for my mom last minute because I new it would come on time. It did. But the banana was already broken so she could not wear it anyway. Kind of disappointed.

Was cheap & looks cheap. Very flimsy with small styrofoam fruit, cut in half & glued to what looks like a very poorly made surgical “scrub” hat. Threw it away and had to fall back on “plan b” at the last minute. Having said that, If you’re using it for a child for Trick or Treating in the dark it might be suitable.

Wore this headpiece during Halloween 2014 to help create a Chiquita Banana costume. The headpiece fit well. However I did wear a wig cap underneath to keep my hair in place and made sure it the snug with a bobby pin. Some of the fruits look real, others look a little to glossy but over all it create the image I was going for. I did add a few bananas to my headpiece to really define my costume as Chiquita. But overall a great purchase at a reasonable price.
