This item was perfect for my wife, who has motor issues in her hand due to a stroke in the past. It fit perfectly into my existint focus wheel and helps her turn the focus wheel with ease and allows for faster and precise focus, helping capture the important moments.

Fits nicely, isn't overtight or too loose, and does what it says on the tin. Incidentally I thought this made pulling focus (especially throwing focus) SO much easier. I prefer this to a whip anyday.
