Es biena, mas es muy larga. Es.como para una plancha indistrial. Tenlo en cuenta. En un sarten te sobra pala.

If you're looking for a cheap grill spatula, this will be ok - but with this, you get what you pay for. For big griddle and grill work, this is the correct size and has the right amount of flex. If you're using gloves you won't feel the sharp edges. If you're not, your hand will tend to slide back and you will feel them. The plastic they chose for the handle is pretty cheap. I would not want it to touch anything that could melt it. It would be better if they used wood or bamboo. The biggest negative is that the leading edge isn't thin enough to easily get under everything. It wouldn't take much for them to make this a lot better, but it will do in a pinch. If you have the skills you could modify this like a cheap knife mod, but once you figure in the time, you might just want to spring for a more expensive one.

Oh, I can't wait for grilling season to be here again! And this slotted spatula is perfect for the (indoor or outdoor) grill or griddle. The shape is great, it perfectly fits my hand and is easy to use - it's clearly very well made, but manages to be well made without being heavy and while maintaining a nice balance. Some of that is due to the full- (or even "through-") tang construction (meaning that the metal portion that forms the head of the spatula comes back ALL the way through the handle - and indeed out to the edges of the handle - and beyond it. This makes the handle much stronger on the whole (since there's no way the metal can "come out" of the handle) and creates much better balance in the finished piece.The stainless steel portion is durable and a great shape for flipping burgers, buns, pancakes, or anything else you might be cooking and the slots let the grease drain away quickly. The handle is nicely made and comfortable and it's easy to wash/care for. And all that usefulness for a GREAT price to boot. So if you're a big grill / griddle fan, this is the cooking implement to have!

For reference I used this on an indoor cast iron griddle, not a grill.It's got a nice heft. Washed up easily.And I never thought I would say this in a review for a spatula-- the handle appears.to have been designed for smaller hands.I have hands almost the same as my 6'. tall father, but with a narrower palm. Long fingers. Long palm.It took thought to land my hand on the cool part of the handle, and then the metal hookable end dug into my palm. sometimes my thumb landed just above the handle. HOT.Anatomy differs, so I won't give this a three star review. But if strangers look at your fingers and hands and ask if you play piano? Skip it.(Nope, I don't play piano. )
