Very quality product and fairly easy to install. It took me about 3 hours to install in my 21 Tacoma. The studs from the struts were to long, so I had to drill 3 holes in my strut tower for them to fit, but that's not the spacers fault.

I installed this on a 2016 4Runner with the KDSS suspension system. It was a big inconvenience dealing with the KDSS. I’m not faulting the spacer for this just pointing it out for those that have the same system I do. I had to pull the whole strut assembly out on both sides (normal procedure for install) and cut the studs down on top of the strut. If you grind down the studs so they are flush with the nuts that come with the spacer (the OE nuts that you will take off to remove the strut are too long to be used to retain the spacer to the top of the strut) then you will have no clearance issues. Now that it is on there I’m leaving it on there but knowing what I know now, I would have either trimmed fenders or did an actual suspension lift kit. I already have a 3” toytech lift kit and added this to alleviate tire rubbing during turns. Not as easy as the description claims. It was spot on for the amount of lift produced. They are right about a 3/4” spacer will give you 1 1/2” of lift to the front.

The product is well made and I have no complaints in regard to this. What was unexpected was how high it actually lifted the vehicle. Its obviously a geometric issue but that being said I ended up removing themfrom my vehicle. First off it made a huge difference in the stablility of the vehiclethat was most noticable on pavment. ( i drive dirt roads 60% of the time)It made it feel like the front end was floating. Secondly, the VSC systembegan to engage when I was driving straight with no traction loss. This means the right front wheel traction control would apply the brakeslike it was sliding. (spooky when I was doing 50 miles per hr)I thought at first i may have damaged a sensor so I replacedthem . Didnt fix it. So I removed these lift spacers . That DID NOTfix it.The computers rotation sync was already out because of the geometrychange. I did a zero point calibration and the problem went away.Summary . The ZPC may have fixed the problem without removing this productbut for me the geometry change really made the vehicle feel less stable. The product is perfect and if you dont care how the vehicle REALLY handlesthen its a go. Make no mistake it changes the stablility. Its important to notethat no other modifications to the vehicle were made. 2003 SR5 V8.If I had heavy mods all over and it was a ORV only , it probably wouldnt matter except for the computerre calibration. I personally didnt like the feel with the lifts on. But again the product was 5 star.went on with no modification necessary- one thing was that with the lift on the direction of the coil springis altered- instead of the end of the coil facing to the rear of vehicle it faces front. Does this matter ? probaly notbut the factory manuel says the spring end should point a specific direction. Thats my two cents. good product.

Makes the front set at 35 1/2" and the back at 36 1/2", which is perfect. Gives a more comfortable ride since it doesn't feel like you're tilted forward any more and also gives more balanced handling. Yes, you will have to do a little cutting and grinding to shorten the stock bolts on top of the strut and realign the strut, but that was the easiest part of the install. I made sure to use thread locker on the bolts and a thin layer of brake caliper grease on top and bottom to prevent the squeak from happening. The results are great and way better than the 2 1/2" spacer kit I had installed previously.

I received the kit the first part of October, but just now ( 11/16/18 ) was able to find the time to install it on my 2009 4Runner. I had to grind down the strut bolts so the leveling strut spacers would sit flush up against the strut housing. That was not an issue and a very easy and fast fix. Other than this, the leveling kit fit perfectly and all the bolts and holes lined up. I'm very happy with the final outcome. My 4Runner is now at the height I expected, looks, rides and handles like new.
