I love love this fountain! It holds water so I don't have to refill a water dish several times a day like before & the water is staying clean & not just sitting out in open like before when it was in a bowl with nothing covering it. Plus it is filtered so it makes it that much fresher. I have 3 cats using it & it's still working great with no problems. All 3 of my cars were able to switch over with no problems from regular cat bowl to this fountain. If your worried about the safety of it plugging in with water don't be. I've had no problems with water leaking or cats knocking it over, or getting into it. The cord can be pushed in so it's not dangling out in the open. As long as you wash the inside in between refills just like you would wash your regular dishes then there's no doors. It's super easy to clean & maintain. I would definitely recommend!

Both of my cats love this fountain! Both will not only drink from it, but will play in the water.I use it with the open flow and took the flower out, as it was wetting the chests of the cats a lot.The set up is easy, as you plug it in with minimal setup required. It has a USB plug and adapter for a wall outlet.Cleaning it is easy, and the filter does a wonderful job of catching hairs and other particals.Do keep the water level above minimum, or else it will treat your ears to a feast of sucking sounds as it desperately tries to pull water.

I bought a few weeks ago the 3L Crystal cat water fountain and it's working out amazingly. Vets aways recommend a water fountain for cats, but honestly I've always thought it was just another fancy and unescessary purchase. But both of my cats love it and I've never seen them drink so much water before. Their regular water dish would always be full and we would have to mix water in their dry food. One of my cats even had an urine infection because of lack of water. This fountain will easily avoid that to happen again because everytime she walks by the fountain she gets distracted by the shining water falling and remembers she's thirsty. The light is awesome too, making them see it easily in the dark. And it does not make any noise. It's affordable and a great product. It does make a difference for our cats. I'd highly recommend.
