These are great for MMA and under a Gi or grappling shorts. They are a little sheer so don't wear them by themselves. I think they are very nice high waisted and stay in place for the most part. Definitely worth the money

Good fitting leggings so I gave two stars, but they are totally see through when doing squats. Embarrassing and unusable.

I love how high waisted these are, no chance to show crack during grappling. Also the fabric is a nice lightweight, slippery feel that is very durable on the mats, also they are squat-proof. Highly recommend especially considering the price.

I love how these fit! They work well for sparing and don't slide down. True to size. dryer safe.
