This is a great product. There is a slight smell when you first get them. The smell goes away in 2 days. Both dollars for dollars, this is a great product. I will be purchasing more.

I recently purchased the Olympic Bumper Plates and I’m mostly thrilled with their performance in my home gym. These plates are a fantastic choice for strength training, Olympic lifting, or powerlifting, offering durability, versatility, and excellent value, though the 10-pound plates present a notable drawback.The quality of these bumper plates is top-notch. Made from high-density rubber with solid stainless steel inserts, the 15-, 25-, 35-, and 45-pound plates are built to endure repeated drops without damaging floors or showing wear. I’ve used them for snatches, clean and jerks, and deadlifts, and they have minimal bounce, ensuring stability and safety during lifts. The uniform diameter across these weights is perfect for maintaining proper form during Olympic lifts, even with lighter loads. The rubber coating provides a secure grip for loading and unloading, and the color-coded options (where available) make weight identification quick and convenient.The ability to choose from various configurations—pairs or sets—allowed me to tailor my purchase to my training needs and budget, which is a huge plus for home gym setups. The plates fit perfectly on my 2-inch Olympic barbell, and the included spring collars keep everything secure during intense workouts. For the price, these plates deliver exceptional value, rivaling more expensive brands in quality and performance.My only issue is with the 10-pound plates, which do not fit a standard Olympic-size barbell (2-inch diameter). Despite being marketed as compatible, the center hole on the 10-pound plates is slightly too small, making it impossible to slide them onto my bar without risking damage to the plates or barbell. This is disappointing, as I planned to use the 10-pound plates for warm-ups or small weight increments. While the other plates perform flawlessly, this flaw with the 10-pound plates is a letdown that affects the set’s overall versatility.Despite this hiccup, I highly recommend these Olympic Bumper Plates for their durability, functionality, and affordability. They’re perfect for lifters focused on heavier or Olympic-style training, and the range of options makes them suitable for beginners and experienced athletes alike. These are fantastic rubber plates for the money. Absolutely rock solid. Yes, they come with a few little scratches and blemishes here and there but if you're buying weight plates to hang on your wall and look pristine, then you shouldn't be buying them in the first place! There is a slight rubber smell, as others have mentioned, but a day on the patio soon got rid of that. After seeing how good the 45lb plates were, I immediately ordered a pair of 25lbs. Delivery took just a couple of days and the delivery company were bang on with their timings and communication. I'll see how I go but I will probably buy a couple more pairs as well. Not measured how accurate the weights are but I'm sure they'll be 'there or there abouts'. Near enough for an ordinary bloke working out in a home gym anyway.

I am using this insulation sleeve for my Black+Decker 12,000 BTU +heat portable AC unit. I was skeptical at first because I wasn’t sure if it would fit. The good news is that, it does fit! I also like the gray color. The hose runs very hot when the unit is on. And that heat radiates into the space you’re trying to cool. This insulation sleeve helps to contain the heat. I think it works very well for that. It was easy to put on. I laid the sleeve flat on the floor, placed the hose on it, then wrapped it up and secured the Velcro, attached the elastic bands. Since there was a tiny bit of hose exposed, I added additional insulation to the ends. I got the silver foil bubble wrap from Home Depot but it’s on Amazon too. I cut it to size and secured with foil tape.Now if you’re buying this and want to take the insulation a step further. I added air condition foam to apply to the window kit. I show this in my photos. I got regular AC foam from Walmart, cut to size, taped it together, cut a hole in it for the hose, and applied more of the bubble wrap insulation and taped it with the foil tape. Applied that to the window kit, and that helps keep more heat from outside from seeping in. Especially since the hot air from the hose is blowing there.

Easy to install. I took others’ advice and put the is one before I installed the hose to the portable AC. That definitely helps. One of my ACs has a very short run to the window so I doubled the insulation cover over itself rather than have the hose all bundled up inside the insulation. That works well: even doubled up I was able to velcro the insulation closed. Once it’s on, it is hard to adjust the hose inside so make sure you have the AC located where you want it before you Velcro up the insulation. There’s about 1 inch at the end of the hose at the window where the insulation necessarily has to keep uncovered. That part is noticeably warmer than the rest of the hose so I know that this insulation is trapping the heat. How much heat, I can’t say as I don’t have an electronic thermometer that I’ve seen in other reviews. But it’s noticeable, I’ll just say that. Price is very good for these. In sum, easy to use, flexible installation, Velcro is strong, insulation works, and great price.

if you have a straight line, or nearly straight line, installation it works very well. However, if you have one or more bends, not so much.It is an adequate insulation, that reduces heat inside of your room, if you have a straight line installation. Bends causes it to gap and leave open spots that allow heat to escape into the room. Not enough flexibility to allow for bends/curves. Certainly not straps to hold the material together. Also the included straps are sewn together and must be put on prior to installing the vent pipe. I threw them away and used velcro.The product seems to be well constructed and should last for a long period of time. That said, next time I would use a wrap type of insulation with velcro straps or tape .

Velcro opening makes it so that the hose doesn’t bend easily. Also if you do bend the hose there are gaps. Would’ve bot the tube style where you just slide it into the hose, but they were all out on Amazon. I do not recommend this.

This is longer than expected! It went on easily, and it looks sleek. The material seems well made although it just sits on the tubing so not much use. It seems like it’s working great at keeping the heat inside the tube and back outside.
