The holster is sturdy and big enough to hold a Pixel 7 Pro with a case. Hard leather outer, plastic inner, elastic on the sides holds the front and back. When first received, it was squished and flat, had to stretch out the elastic sides to fit the phone but afterwards was ok. The magnetic clasp is not very strong but lays nice and flat. The belt clip is stiff with a strong spring; has detents every 15 degrees for different positioning.

The holster is quite big. I found that you have to use it attached to your belt. It doesn't work well if you attach it to your pants belt loops. There is no stability if done that way. At first, I didn't like that the only method of attaching was via the one belt clip but it makes sense. When you sit down, you can easily tilt for comfort. If you had the clip plus extra loops on each side, then this would not work.Using without a phone case, the S23 Ultra fits well. It's easy to take in and out. But if you put a case, it's a little tight and takes a little effort. If the material inside was some sort of felt or like a micro fiber inner layer, then this would be better. Or if there was a little more stretch, then that would work as well. The holster case itself if quite firm and stiff. The magnet that secures the lid is strong. My phone felt safe in there and wouldn't fall out.Although you can rotate the belt clip so that your phone is horizontal, for me, due to the weight of my phone, it kept going back to a vertical position. Overall, it's a good holster case if you are using your S23 without a case, but with a case, it's just decent.

First off, I have the S22 with the Otterbox Defender case cover. The fit is snug, but workable, and the Defender IS a thicker case than the recommended Symmetry case, so with the thinner case, the fit would be perfect. This case looks good, seems of good quality and is comfortable to wear. It does a good job of protecting the phone and balancing security and convenience. I love that I can insert the phone in a natural orientation without conflict with the side buttons.

The material is thick and rugged. The surface is smooth with a nice pebble texture.The stitching is uniform and strong.The elastic sides are dense and strong.The flap has a powerful magnet and closes with a snap and self aligns.The clip opens easily and rotates freely. There are segments every 9 degrees so it stops in angled positions.I have a Samsung S22 Ultra and it fits perfectly even with a slim cover. The inner liner is smooth and the phone slided in and out easily.
