The plastic coating on the holster and case started peeling shortly before six months of use. Quality issue? I have had other cases through the years do this, but usually over a year or so. I will be contacting EnCase to see about exchange and hope the process will be simple.The phone stays securely in the holster and the case does protect the phone better than some of the other holster/case combo. This is regarding the corners and glass protection. The kickstand does not hold the iPhone 11 Pro upright sturdy enough to withstand a moderate shake of the table (or what it may be sitting on), but works fine when horizontal. The case is slim and the plastic is not cheap, so a positive here.Overall, it functions as expected, but the peeling of the plastic of the case and holster was unexpected.

I like the holster cases but have had bad luck with the piece of the case that bridges the case over the volume buttons. They have failed breaking where the bridge connects above the volume on/off switch. This case does not have that bridge but has reinforced that area top and bottom so no distortion occurs which would make it hard to slide the phone into the holster. The case is very rugged and has protected my phone in several small drops. I like the kick stand as well as I use my phone as my alarm clock.

I started using Encase for my iPhones after the former company I used didn’t make what I was looking for anymore. This is my second case from them. Very good case. Better than my last. It protects the edges of my 11 Pro very well. The interior of the case doesn’t case doesn’t seem to have any areas that are concerning for wear & tear on the phone. Charger port is very easy to access. Switches are completely open so you can still seamlessly get to the them. The case itself isn’t showing any wear & tear from sliding in & out of the case. QI charming works, although a bit temperamental when laying flat.
