This Macaset Protective Hard Shell Cover is a perfect fit for my 15" MacBook Air. The cover is very thin and snaps on easily and is also easy to remove. It's great for taking the surface scratches, but I don't expect this to provide any meaningful protection from a drop or fall.I opted for the Crystal Midnight version, which accentuates the blue hues of the Midnight MBA. It gives the MacBook a glossy sheen that looks nice, but I'm not a huge fan – I prefer the matte look of the MBA. Nonetheless, it is great knowing that the device is protected from accidental scratches.If you're looking for scratch protection without adding a lot of extra heft, this snap-on cover is definitely worth a look.

Hopefully, this case does the job protecting my new Mac. Taking it out of the packaging, which was damaged, The case was unharmed. Hopefully this is an indication of durability even though the case seemed flimsy. However,It snapped on and it fits my new Mac perfectly. I don’t take my Mac out of the house. So this should do the job of protecting my Mac from just daily wear and tear.

This is a great cover for the MacBook and keeps it looking nice. I must say that the case scratches easy and fine scratches will happen very quickly. The fit is good and doesn't get in the way of the function
