I have no idea why the reviews for these are so bad, I think they’re great little figures.To sum it up, each character comes with their own piece of the apartment that you connect together, and there’s special editions that you have a chance of getting (I got puffy shirt jerry and “hairless seal” uncle leo as my chase figs).I got them all, and here’s my thoughts:THE PROS:1. The figures actually look super accurate to the characters, and they somehow managed to make george not completely bald like most other depictions seem to do. Looks like they also mostly take after the earlier seasons, which I find refreshing since most merch (including the new lego set) use their season 8-9 looks.2. To my surprise, the accessories aren’t glued to the pieces and are able to be moved around. If you wanted to, you could rearrange all the furniture kramer-style.3. The attention to detail in the apartment pieces is really great, I love the tiny macintosh computer and all the locks on the door. I thought that they didn’t include the green bike that hangs on jerry’s wall, but it was actually hiding on the side. Obviously it can’t be completely accurate, but they got pretty close.4. They’re cheap. Here in Canada they’re around $18 each, which is pretty affordable. If you can’t afford the new lego set, these are the next best thing.THE CONS:1. It’s hard at first to connect the wall pieces together. They have tabs on the sides that have to connect into slots, but it’s a bit difficult to maneuver it in. It does eventually fit, but be sure to have a lot of patience.2. There’s a bit of paint chipping on some parts. Basically, there’s some spots where you can see the paint either came off or wasn’t fully covered. It’s pretty minor and I only noticed when looking really close, but keep that in mind. I will say, however, that I didn’t have the factory stain on the kitchen piece that that other reviewer had, so I don’t think that’s very common.3. Kramer’s hair is tall, which is a good detail, but it makes it very hard for him to stand up properly. I’ve put him in the kitchen and he falls over CONSTANTLY. Sometimes he’ll even fall while sitting on the furniture. I guess it’s kind of funny because he does take a tumble often in the show, but when you’re trying to display him it’s really annoying.But overall, I highly recommend these guys. Super cool tribute to the show, and fun to mess around with. I’d definitely recommend over the standard pop figures, but probably not over the lego set (not that this is bad, lego just has better quality control and more “play value”)

My Son bought me a couple of pieces for my birthday this year. So, naturally I had to complete the set of Jerry's apartment. He also bought me the Funk Pop figures, which are decent as well. Overall, I am satisfied with the set. However, for some reason, I cannot seem to receive a decent section of the "Jerry" section of the apartment. Which is the section with the window and the computer. As you can see in the photos, the first being one which my son gifted to me, which is missing a whole section of wall. You can clearly see the assembly holes in the picture. Since he brought it from out of state, I just ate the defect and ordered another one. The second time I received it with all the sections, however the heaters below the window are tilted. Now, I do not expect perfection for $10, but come on, is there no quality control? You will probably notice in the second picture that the floor sections are not color matched. Again, quality control. So, if you are going to purchase these Funko products for Seinfeld or anything else they make, don't expect perfection. If you are OCD or extremely detail oriented, keep looking.Updated - Amazon did send me a free replacement with no defects.
