Descripción de acuerdo a lo descrito por el vendedor, el producto llego en buen estado y función.

The unit is described as 115v/230v. The one delivered was marked “230v” & would not function on 115v.No instructions in English. I was able to “workaround”; however, if an item is “sold” in English, IMO, all related documentation should be in English as well. Same would be true for French, German, Chinese, etc.Refund process proved EXTREMELY difficult.1. Vendor initially wanted item shipped (at buyer’s expense) to China. Amazon had to intercede. Note: once it was clear that the vendor was to pay return shipping, the vendor no longer wanted the item back - something would appear to be amiss in the customer service model for this vendor. See next bullet.2. Once the vendor was compelled to process the refund, the vendor unilaterally determined that the appropriate refund ~6% of purchase w/no explanation. Amazon had to intercede yet again.If description were correct and/or the correct product sent, this could be a worthwhile item. However, I found it impossible to determine based on the above experience/vendor’s customer service model.

Worked as expected. However, I did notice one issue. This is the second one of these I’ve purchased. I bought this new one because the previous one had broken. That was fine because it lasted for some time before it broke. The screw threads on the drain stop on the bottom rusted out. So I figured I would just buy another and use the drain stop from it because I couldn’t match the threads with anything off the shelf. The new one arrived and the drain stop threads were different than the first unit. So I ended up replacing the whole unit anyway. Like I said, not a biggie, but a little weird. I’d buy it again.
