My mom needed a handle bar support and a bidet due to mobility issues. She is very happy with this combo. Easy to install. Bidet function works great as well. I’d recommend for sure.

We selected this raised seat after viewing several options, some selling for less. So glad we chose this product. Excellent construction and design. Installation is simple and the included hardware provides for a very secure and solid platform. The seat can be raised just like a conventional one so either gender can use the toilet as usual. The arm rests are marked R and L but can be reversed to allow more room in front of the toilet, which we need in a small bathroom

I am a Mechanical Engineer so am a bit more critical than maybe the average person. The unit arrived one day before promised and was in a carton that was more than adequate to handle the stress of a long trip with multiple transfer depos. Unit arrived in perfect condition, and I was surprised as I was expecting a feather weight carton but to my surprise found just the opposite. The unit itself .....base and lid...were of very solid construction. Sorry that i did not weigh the unit but would guess it was close to 8 -10 pounds ....looked and felt solid. The unit had a self closing solid lid and fit our Kohler oval toilet perfectly. The two threaded mounting studs were molded solidly into the seat base which resulted in the 2 mounting posts to set perfectly flat on the Kohler toilet ....absolutely no wobble ! I tightened the seat down with the 2 plastic nuts but did not tighten fully until a week later as to allow for and any "settling in" ......in retrospect not necessary. The 2 support arms .....which were very important for my wife..... fit perfectly as designed, and gave her the required need for security. And for $145 I cannot say enough good things about this product. Its a bargain! and would purchase it again. Nice job Bemis. CG

Only fitted yesterday but the quality and build feels very good and sturdy. Be sure to measure your toilet pan before ordering, to ensure it will fit. We like that the whole thing can be lifted up like a normal toilet seat, giving access to the pan as normal. Recommended.

We got this Bemis raised toilet seat to replace one I bought last fall for my mother-in-law which because of its design could not be securely fastened to the toilet bowl and wobbled back and forth anytime it was used. The bolts were long and passed through 2 shafts to connect to the toilet tank. I did my research, checked the feedback for this product and looked at its design before I purchased it. The installation took less than 15 minutes and required a lot of turning to fasten the bolts in place which was slow because I had to bend down and look at the underside of the top of the bowl but I persevered. So far, we are happy with the purchase as the seat has not moved. There is a gap between the seat and bowl which will make it easier for cleaning the area between the two. Thank you to Bemis for making such a wonderful product. Don’t waste your money on other raised toilet seats.
