These shoes fit perfectly, I am normally a 6.5 in shoes. These do not come with the hook attachments to clip into your spin bike/bicycle. Otherwise very comfortable and would recommend. The Velcro also is very nice to get in and out of the shoes.

I like my cycling shoes small. I like to feel locked in. I’m normally a 40 and I ordered a 39. Perfect fit. It’s very hot and humid here and these breathe nice and I can wear them with out socks when it’s really hot. The footbed is soft and conforming. I can feel my toes digging in and my feet pushing. It’s a comfortable reactive shoe. I use them for road and gravel riding. Not too bad for walking. I try not to to prolong their life. Good shoes especially for smaller feet.

It actually came with clips but I use clipless pedals and these shoes are great. They're comfortable, you can walk normally in them, mostly because I don't have to attachments in place, and they're nice and stiff. My feet feel protected. I bought my regular shoe size and they fit perfectly. Great product - great price.

My feet were always hurting before I started wearing these. You do have to purchase the cleats separately so don't forget that. It is true to size I wear a 7.5, I got an 8 thinking that I could put my insoles but that was unnecessary. My right foot tends to fall asleep during class which I don't understand... but great buy. I've already recommended these to a few people.

I bought these after telling myself that I would invest in a pair of cycling shoes once I made going to spin class a habit - 4 months later and I got a pair! These are sturdy shoes, the cleats were not hard to attach although you have to buy them separately. I will say that I have wide feet and if I tighten the straps too much, I can feel my toes going numb but that's not the shoes' fault. Also, at first, I went a size up since I lay between a 7 and 7.5 and they didn't fit, so I went down to a 39 and they are perfect!
