I got a bunch of these type plastic, illuminating garden "stones" from that Swedish home goods store, you know the one, and I have to say, this GDF model here matches exactly in look and quality.Be aware here - you are only getting one. Your order will be for a single piece, not a set. As another review pointed out, a single "stone" doesn't really do much for the garden. Whatever design/decorating you have in mind, you will need more.Good Things:Solar-powered and charges very quickly.Comes with a stake, if you wanted to fix it more permanently in place (I don't use the stake, its fine just nestled in the grass along the walkway).Lightweight plastic but seems very durable against the weather.Charges through the day of sun, and glows through the night.Less Good Things:Very obviously plastic, no one will ever think it's actually stone (but not such a neg, as the shape and form is smooth and pleasing and a glowing stone was never going to fool anyone anyway).Soft and mellow light, which is not a bad thing at all for mood, but if you're looking for higher illumination, like as a safety guide in a midnight garden, this is not that.You only get one.Looks a lot like those fake "stones" made for hiding a spare door key against accidental lockouts, so if you place one by the front walk or porch, curious people may poke around and flip it over. Just sayin'.In a dark garden, or along a front path from the driveway, a little illumination can go a long way. Soft and mellow, without glare, this piece makes a fine and pleasant marker/orienting point and should last.

It feels more like a desk light as a single object, but if you had several in the garden or other outdoor landscaping, they could be interesting and useful.There is no visible solar panel, so overall, it's unobtrusive. When it's not lit up it looks like a modern design plastic object.There is a simple on-off switch and a photosensor that turns on the LED when it's dark outside.The light is surprisingly bright and the plastic is an excellent diffuser of the bright white LED, making it pleasant and useful for wayfinding on a garden path or the edges of a deck.It's a waterproof textured plastic light vaguely shaped like a "stone" a bit larger than a grapefruit. It's a 2 part design, in full light the seam is noticeable, but if this was in your yard or garden, the seam would be hidden.There were no instructions or warnings in the box, there was no Brand sticker or QR code so there might be a bigger story to these lights. The one I am reviewing feels like one part of a kit that you would use to make more of an impact.I really like the simplicity here, and that it's a single color which makes it more efficient and it will probably live for several years.

I love my solar lights, does not take much just light up after charging through the sunlight. It is waterproof so it does not get bad after sitting through a rainy day. It does bring out more decor for the outside front of my home. I am pleased with this purchase.

I was hopeful... but. This just looks like a white round piece of resin plastic. Which is what it is. It looks like an empty milk carton is in your lawn, not a stone...
