It seems GHU company is a reputable company, judging from how they package their product. It shows they care about protecting the integrity of the product before it reaches you. The 97wh 9 cells laptop battery worked as advertised for my latitude e6430. I can't honestly talk about performance until I have used it for more than 6 months. Price, quality and delivery are wonderful.

I have an old Dell that was powered by a T54F3. This extra power replacement unit slips in just fine. Yes it is bigger, the extra power is a row of batteries behind the back edge of the Laptop. Not a problem. Worth the bit extra cost to have the extra power in reserve, as I found out with the recent 4 day Hurricane power outage.

Since I have just received this item I cannot truly answer that Battery Life and Longevity items. Presently since I have gotten the battery cycled several times it seems to do very well. As to how long it will last that will be determined sometime in the future. Although I am considering acquiring another for a different laptop.

Really wanted to replace my battery with a genuine Dell battery (which, of course, is made by some battery manuf) but the MSRP on a Dell battery is about $150. Sure you can get them on e-Bay for $40-$50 but you hope its not counterfeit. I opted for this solution as the description of the materials and manufacturing inspired confidence, it was reasonable but not cheap and it wasnt posing as anything other than an OEM equivalent replacement battery, so little risk of counterfeit. It arrived in a well shrink-wrapped nice box (well-packaged) with about 70% charge. It accepted the remainder of a full charge and Ive used it very little so we’ll see how it performs. It did fit perfectly (as well as the genuine Dell battery it replaced) into the laptop which is also confidence-inspiring (as opposed to a poorly manufactured, loose tolerance, battery).

upon the 4th use of the battery, it has now failed to operate without being plugged into power. Very great product up until this happened. Very unsatisfied and would not recommend. I will be returning for an exchange if possible.*UPDATE* the replacement battery that was shipped to me very quickly, unfortunately would not charge past 41%. Returned it again and found a different brand that seems to work just fine as of now on my latitude e6430.
