Replaced a die cast rim on my Ludwig. Made a helluva improvement in hoop to head height and it tunes easier. 2.3 mm hoops should be standard on every set of drums sold.

This batter hoop has worked just fine for me. I'm not really sure what type of issues one could have with this. I've been using it for over a month now and it's getting the job done just fine.
