Great quality. I’m 5’11, 208lbs. I went with an XL. It fits very tight. If I gained ~15lbs, I’d likely have to size up to an XXL. Hope this helps.

I bought 2 of black/camo for my husband and son. I wanted a good looking, long sleeved, and spf rash guard. These are great! They are SNUG! I read that in the description and followed the size guide. They both like them!

I bought both the white and the black in XL for myself and L for my son. We both love them. We train in a room with very little AC so these shirts are very helpful in the way they let your body breathe. They are very comfortable and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
