As many others have indicated in their review, my unit came in a loose plastic bag, unsealed and missing the supposed battery that was advertised. the charger itself does appear to work and looks like a legit charger with GO PRO branding on the side, and my hero battery was able to charge just fine, but if you are looking into this for more than just the charger, look elsewhere... otherwise if you don't mind there not being a charger included, this is actually a pretty decent charging base for the hero batteries.

This dual battery charger is the way to go. It's small, lightweight and fits nicely inside the case for my GoPro Hero 9. It's so much better than having to charge inside the GoPro and it's great to place two batteries in and not having to worry about remembering to switch the battery and charge a second. I can put the two batteries in, comeback later and have a set ready to go. This is a must-have accessory.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. I have ordered this bundle twice, and both times, I was sent a charger but NO BATTERY. Something is clearly wrong in the system and you should purchase something else.Update: I attempted to resolve the situation with Amazon, and they advised me to contact GoPro. GoPro told me they couldn't assist and to contact Amazon for help. I will never buy GoPro products again.
