I love this huge frying pan. The whole breakfast fry-up goes in it. Sausages and onions - plenty of room. Easy to clean too. It is the end of August 2024 now and it is wearing well. I wash it by hand.

This was a impulse purchase as I checked out the prices on alternatives and they were far more expensive. Why a sauté pan, well I wanted to give its try. Now I am no cook but this was a revelation, the high sides of the pan stop you splashing the contents over the cooker, it enables you to cook low and slow and gives great results. It’s not cheap but great value and it cleans up so easily, no sticking.

These magnets arrived well packed and have a powerful magnetic pull for their size. I was able to stick the magnets onto plastic using superglue. By careful positioning I could ensure the flap of a non-return valve for an extractor fan did not rattle due to high winds outside while opening when the fan was running. These are great little magnets.

I bought these after seeing a chef recommending using them to keep the edges of your baking paper down whilst cooking a meringue. I've used these twice now and they are great, cool down quite quickly and serve their purpose well.

Amazing how much pull/strength these little magnets have. Even just separating them takes skill, although they do come separated by little plastic discs, just don't remove the plastic disc before separation otherwise they really like to stick to each other!Lots of uses for the workshop such as keeping drill chuck key on pillar drill or metal ruler handy.
