The padded palm is just enough to not hinder articulation. The index and middle finger are made to grip skate blades with the silicone pattern surface. The wrist is extra long for additional warmth. Inside the glove is insulated so keeping you fingers fairly warm on ice. Love that there are wrist clips to keep gloves together -- other brands exclude this detail.For the record, i bought CRS Cross Padded Ice Skating Glove which has ZERO warmth and no wrist clips and wrists are short. I also tried a few other generic brands which are on the marketplace here but theyre basically just winter gloves either too bulky or just too thin.This is the best one i've had my daughter use and she thinks theyre a keeper. If you are looking for a low profile, warm, padded skater's glove, this one thus far is the best.

I’ve had these for 2 years and they’re just now starting to wear bc I wore them so much while skating. They’re the best gloves I’ve ever had for this sport. I need to buy a new pair but I’m emotionally attached to mine lol

I have always let my daughter use cheap gloves for warmth when she went to iceskating.It will get wet and icy if she falls during the session，so I decided to do an upgrade.This set of gloves is water proof and has nice cusion on the palm area to protect the hands in case she falls. It takes a little bit effort to put on，which is expected as you want a nice and tight for the hands.Now，it is the only gloves my daughter will use for ice skating.

Bought many other skating gloves for my daughter but this one is by far her most favorite, much better than the CRS gloves. Comparing to other gloves, this pair is the most water resistant and warmest one so she feels very comfortable wearing them. The gel paddings are also thicker than others so she feels much better protected. She’s 8 and size S is a snug fit and quite flexible.The gloves are very sturdy. I machine washed them many times (my husband once threw them in the dryer by accident) and they are holding up quite well. Highly recommended!

Gloves are very narrow, the palm can't go in. It also has some logo/message about charity on top of the gloves which makes it look super cheap. Applied for refund and they could not refund the full amount even. Nonsense supplier.
