These shorts were fine but my grandson did not like the thin material.

My son like these shorts because they are a little longer on him. They are stretchy and lightweight. He says they are very comfortable.I find they wash nicely in cold water and I hang them to dry.

i got these for my 10 year old daughter as they came in her favorite color, the same color as her basketball team required short color, and she complained she didn't have enough shorts for this coming summer. Triple win. they have held up to about two dozen washes a basketball season, and flag football practice for 5 weeks. I think they will last all summer, which is about all you can ask for kids clothes. I may end up buying a couple more in other colors too.
