The color was a nice dark black, material soft to the touch. My daughter has issues with some fabrics this one was perfect. It fit her well she’s 10, it will be good for this fall / winter season only she will likely grow out of it, so I will say it’s true to size. It was not too thick or thin. If looking for cute basic top for the fall/winter this one is great.

The design is cute on this top, but it appears that it is going to be far shorter on my grand than we typically have. I'll have to pay closer attention to descriptions this year, as it appears that manufacturers are making all the childrens clothing shorter to save on costs.

This is a pretty basic sweater. My daughter wears it frequently. It has easy care instructions, so cleaning up after a day of play is easy.

This sweater is super cozy for my daughter. She loves the lilac purple color. It is less oversized looking than on the model, but still a nice loose fitting and warm sweater. I think it would be easy to embroider as well.
