Beautiful quality overall, the colours are bright, the fruit is a good size for small hands and are "sliceable", the velcro easily sticks the pieces back together. The banana even comes out of the peel and the stems can be removed from the strawberries and orange.

My granddaughter (2) loves to cut this fruit in her pretend play. The paint on the wooden food is holding up well. I also bought wooden fruit (vs plastic or felt) so the dog would be less interested in chewing it.

So fun for the littles to “cut.” The only risk is losing half of the fruit or veggie if they aren't put away together.
