This thing is cheaped out - the old Hario scale (white) I had would stay in the "range" if you reloaded it with weight - meanning if I put a 1000g item on there, and then powered on, the first 200g were .1, etc. This one NOPE! It knows the preload weight and so if your item is over 250g you lose .1, if over 500 you lose .5. LAME!

You have to change the region settings. No big deal, right? You’re supposed to hold the On/Off button for 5 seconds and G1 is supposed to show and then you can change it. Good luck with it showing at all, and when it does it goes away before you can change it. It is a total piece of junk and i wasted $51. FYI, it also doesn’t come with batteries.
