This might be a great product in exactly the right circumstances but didn't work for me. If you're looking for something extra just to keep a saddle or saddle pad in place, this is probably a good solution. I was looking for something that added a little bit of the usual half pad padding. It's about half the length and drop of a typical half pad and thinner than a washcloth. I wouldn't call this product a half pad, more like a stay-put liner. If what you're looking for is a stay-put liner, it's perfect for that. If you're looking for a half pad, look on.
