One of my receivers started acting like there was a short. It started beeping any time my dog moved and then quit working all together. The company reached out to me and sent me a new receiver that works great! They offered a very quick resolution and had helpful customer service!

Works great on beep/vibration mode to prevent excessive barking! Has worked everywhere on my acre of property from the comfort of my porch! Like the light feature at night time! Only issue is that the collar will loosen with normal wear and has to be adjusted throughout the day.

I bkught these for pyr two puppies. The shock does not work on either one. We have another from a different company and they feel it it defintely stops them in their tracks. The collar just broke on that one. These go all the way up to 99 and the vibrate only bothers them a little on 99. I believe part of problem is that under the black cap covering the prong is plastic instead of metal. Very disappointing. I have two average size 9 and 7 month old pitbull puppies so they are average size.

Device works as described, but operator error is the problem. It is not a bark collar and for bark training it must be activated by pressing a button. For us it has been a total failure. I have to keep the remote on me and ready to push the button whenever the dog barks at a random noise, or if someone sets a glass down, or a dog walks by on the sidewalk outside. I can't do this when my hands are in the dirty dishwater, or mixing a bowl of meatballs. I also have to remember to put the collar on and take it off to charge. Although it does hold a charge for a long time. I have also noticed that occasionally my dog will jump as if he has gotten a beep/vibrate when the button has not been pushed.I haven't used the shock function on my dog, so I can't comment on that. But I have tried it on myself and feels like a 9/10 with a TENS unit. More of a tingle than a shock, which I think is a good thing. Unpleasant but not painful.I think I will be regifting these collars or returning them. Switching between collars is easy enough, but I have accidentally signaled the wrong collar causing further confusion with the dogs. These may work for some directed behavior training, but are not really effective as a bark collar to dissuade excessive barking.
