Had to fully strip and reseason a carbon steel pan. This seasoning is one of the best I’ve ever used. I’ve use grapeseed oil before, or canola but none compare to this madein wax seasoning. It goes on smooth and doesn’t leave the pan with oil spots after heating in the oven. I have a before and after. I did 3 coats

It works as advertised. Just remember to wipe it off well after it melts or it leaves drips

This is so easy to use and your carbon steel pans turn out excellent with perfect seasoning, make Sur you apply it three times and let the pan cool in-between each seasoning process.I seasoned my Made In carbon steel pan right in my induction range oven and it turned out perfect!set temp of oven according to directions on tin and let oven come up to temp and now apply thin layer of wax to inside and outside of pan and them wipe off any excess so it won't smoke to much and then put it in the over for one hour and then let it cool in the oven and then do it two more times, yes I know it is some work to do it three times but don't do it any other way, season your pan at least three times throughout the day and you will have a beautiful seasoned pan from this mixture from Made in, yes it is not cheap but don't use anything else because it will not turn out as good if you just use oil, believe me because I tried it and then I purchased this seasoning in the tin and it is amazing!

I have use many seasoning products. But this one is one of the best I have used. It doesn’t leave an oily residue. It helps when you use your cast iron cookware again.
