Hi, I installed this showerhead and handheld in about 30 minutes. Should have been 15-20 minutes but I kept dropping washers etc. Very simple and straight forward. The adjustable arm for the rain shower head is great. You can adjust the height up and down very easily.The rain shower head is awesome. Lots of water flow but not too heavy. The handheld has awesome pressure as well. I've had installed for about a week and it is great! I am very happy with the purchase and based on one week's impression I can highly recommend this set.The only thing I would do differently is to install the handheld holder aligned with the shower head so that you can use both the rain shower and the handheld at the same time. I didn't think the pressure from my pump (on a well system not city water) would be enough to run both at once but it turns out there was plenty of pressure.

We love the rain showerhead, but the holder for the hand-held showerhead broke in less than a year. We replaced it with the same part and that one broke too. The adhesive backing is fine but the part where the showerhead handle slides into the holder is a poor design, it's plastic, and it cracks. It should be one metal piece. I'm looking for a better solution for hanging the showerhead.

This is the first shower head that I got not knowing for sure if I had a plumbing (low water pressure) problem or just a clogged head. The tub spout always had great pressure but a huge delay in temperature changes using the shower when I want the water a little colder or hotter.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0899SJW7K?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details---Turns out that I had a clogged shower head. This shower head proved that I did not have low water pressure. The installation had a rather large hangup- The problem I encountered with this new replacement head was the direct threading from the extension arm to main shower pipe. When the extension was tight it hung a little more than a 1/4 turn past the perfect up and down alignment that is required. The extension arm didn't swivel and lock into another position to allow for a misalignment. One alternative fix at this point was to wrap a ton of teflon tape onto the pipe which could change the alignment. This didn't work as well as I hoped. The shower head was heavy enough to prevent a good tight fit that would stay. I could cut or file down the pipe down changing the stop point on the threads but this seemed like it would be too much. Feeling like a return and different purchase was the next logical step I bought this one that I'm reviewing. I got this shower head set because it included the extra hand sprayer attachment -AND- this One came with the shower extension arm that I really needed. The extension arm on this set up came with a swivel nut that allowed for centering which solved my initial problem I had experienced with the previous shower head. However the Main rain fall head had low pressure even when selected by itself. I Then did the unthinkable--- I removed this main rainfall head and attached the other amazon rainfall shower head instead. PERFECT!!! problem solved! It's unfortunate on one hand that it took two different shower kits to get such a great result but If it only cost me 150 bucks or so to accomplish great success then I'm ultimately very pleased.

Replaced my existing shower head in a large marble shower with this combo unit. Looks beautiful and works superbly. I did spin my existing shower arm to where it aimed up instead of down to accommodate the water filter and give the rain head a little extra height. That allowed the included extension to sit at a natural angle and easily clear a 6-4 man by several inches. The hand held shower hose comes off the diverter nicely against the wall and can be used as a standard type shower head since I installed it about 5 feet above the floor. We can use both heads at the same time but we don't have enough pressure to make it work well. Satisfaction with this product is 100% and the value compared to the cost of a similar system in a hardware store is amazing.
