The instructions refer to how to set the length by product number. No number was indicated on the product.Figured it out, it works perfectly. Otherwise it would be a 5.

I didn't have any problem, neither did I have to adjust the floater, they work great! replaced 2, the hole for this size would look the size of a softball, (baseball), hope that helps. Highly recommend, very happy with my purchase. Awesome! I have American Standard toilet yet these are universal, awesome!

Ok well I have spent way to much time trying different flaps for the toilet than I wanted to However after trying a few flaps and finally getting the right one. Excellent!! No leakage no dribbles.. My Sanity is restored. So if your reading this review... Note this is a 2 inch universal flap. (3 inch is the bigger toilets or if you have an older version/model.. Did you know that?) its actually great quality fits nicely and a great design. The whole point for the yellow Styrofoam is so the cord does not get tangled into the bottom of the flap hearing that leaking noise. Its a great idea. Don't move it from position it floats the cord off the bottom and stay in the water. Also the little beaded cord is much better than your standard cord which breaks. Had to adjust the top a bit.. i could make it shorter but the bobby thing stops the cord from sinking to the bottom. I LOVE THIS TOILET FLAP.. Thank you. Great packaging and came on time.. I have three other toilets so I am sure I am going to be using the 2nd one someday....

Easy install. Working well 1st try, score!! Well, this brand scored.... because I have no idea how toilets work. I think it's magic. Really. 2 tubes in the tank... they look like permanent parts, so I left them alone. And, when I pushed down the old flapper, the tank filled. So I assume the stopper stopped being it's best version of itself. Its not gross, right? Not failing at what you're designed for, that happens to everything and everyone at some point - I'm talking about sticking my hand in there daily. Sometimes twice a day! It's pre-toilet water. Its fresh out of that little hose. It's not like I drank it. After about a month of that manual flushing variation, I conquered my fear and started buying stoppers. Several of them. Why size a flapper? There are sizes, yeah. Did you guys know? Elongated, round. That was my toilet knowledge, and fairly new info as well. I'd go into my schooling on that, but the dire needs to make a toilet work doesn't include the seat. Where was I... yes, stoppers are sooo complex. This one worked, I don't know why. Maybe because it's soft n rubbery. Some are hard. Maybe because it's smaller. Some were so big I considered using them as the toilet. But why ask why... I'm sharing my ignorance for other ignorant toilet go-ers. If you read this, get this one 1st. And maybe the toilet gods will work their magic for you too. But sooner. I also want to add that when the tank keeps running for a month plus, it's so much easier to see all the parts. The water is really clear and not so slimy. I've looked at other tanks since, most are as dark as the black lagoon. Is that normal?
