Very inaccurate , 6-8 degrees off temp wise and gas was just as bad being 20% off in readings.

Initially the ESP32 read from the AHT21 while waiting the hour for the ens160 preheat, but after preheat the chip destroyed itself and the esp32.

Not tested fully but seems to work as advertised. Finding drivers was a bit of a pain. Will update after testing is completed.
