We’ve had this tv since 6/24. The picture is beautiful, rich colors and very sharp and crisp. Then in January a black line appeared right in the center of the screen. It’s there all the time and has gotten a little wider in the last few weeks. I’ve tried to reach out to Hisense but with little results. I feel bad because of home much I like the set. I wish there was a way to fix it but from what I’ve looked into, it’s not going away. If it gets worse I’ll have to buy a new set, probably not this brand.

Visuals look fine (I'm not expert), didn't complain about not having network access. Kinda embarrassingly slow to start up, but that's kinda standard for lol "smart" tvs. Worse is that the eARC audio out doesn't work and just made random clicking noises (even just in the TV UI, making slightly different noises when I pushed buttons etc). My audio receiver is quite old, so it's quite possible that it's using some newer encoding without actually checking if it's supported or some other less-consistent breakage like that (but my receiver did work on my old tv, so it's not on that side). The digital output works fine though.

Compared to their U series, (and I have two U7's as PC monitors, and they are incredible!) this TV is non vibrant. And yes I know it's a budget Hisense, but we're in 2024. The new internal electronics and rear layout are awesome! It's quite responsive! But what's the point if the picture lacks brightness. Which brings me to the "new" backlight settings in the menu. They suck. You get Low, Med, and High, instead of the normal 0 to 100 percent. (Which all the higher end U series incorporate.) And this new setting does not do the job.The main reason I returned this TV is because it has a weird "auto dim" that cannot be adjusted or turned off. I tried everything. When you're on a "dark" background image, this TV dims even darker, colors get dark. Then when you get back to a bright background, the colors and everything else becomes brighter. Super annoying and I tried everything to turn it off. Hisense is an incredible TV but stick with the U series. My 175-dollar Walmart 43-inch TV I use in the garage looks better than this one. Hopefully they will change the settings on this model with a software update.

it works amazingly, sometimes its a little slow switching apps but in-app is buttery smooth, cheap, reliable, very bright, high quality, and works with smart home

La marca es muy buena y accesible en precios. Esta es la tercera que compro, pero llegó un modelo diferente y estoy a penas gestionando la devolución. Si tienen oportunidad de comprarla con otro proveedor, háganlo, este no fue confiable.
