While this inverter has its limitations, it can be useful in the right situations. It's best suited for light tasks, and mostly for the multiple USB ports. With a 20W USB-C PD port, an 18W USB-A QC 3.0 port and 2 x standard 12W USB-A 2.0 ports, these are almost worth the price alone. The inverter, however, struggles with higher demands and is only suitable for a handful of uses.I like that it has a power switch, which is important to prevent unnecessary battery drain when the inverter isn’t in use. There’s also a cooling fan that automatically activates to keep the internal components from overheating, and the inverter has over-limit, over-voltage and short-circuit protection systems that shut the inverter down if you exceed capacity. However, the shutoff only lasts for about a second or two before the inverter cycles back on. I would have preferred a longer delay to give more time to turn it off and safely unplug any problem devices. One thing to note is that it’s a modified sine wave inverter, which isn’t ideal for sensitive electronics like laptops. My laptop charger didn’t like the inverter at all and triggered warning lights, so I wouldn’t recommend it for such devices. However, it does handle small resistive loads like electric blankets quite well. My 120 watt electric blanket did perfectly fine running off the inverter. So that's one practical use case: staying warm during travel or camping. It can also power small lights or even a corded electric razor, but you’ll want to double-check the wattage of anything you plug in to ensure it’s under the 200-watt limit.Overall, this inverter is more of a backup solution than a reliable everyday tool. It’s a good value if you mainly need the USB ports and occasionally want to use small, low-wattage devices like an electric blanket or a light. Just be cautious with anything that requires clean, stable power.

This is a simple little inverter! I hooked it up to my voltage transformer and ran it for a few hours this evening. The USB ports on the edge are a welcome addition, I wish more inverters had this functionality! It seems to cut off at 9.5V, which is far too low for things like car batteries. Be aware, this really doesn't have much for low-voltage protection. I pushed it to 14.9V and called it good. 15V is plenty for a 12V charger as-is.Despite running it for 2 hours at 14.4V, it really didn't get too hot at all. It certainly warmed up, but this is not unexpected!

This car power inverter is pretty decent, it won’t run a toaster, but it’ll charge my older wall-plug charged laptop. So far there hasn’t been any issues with it, but I’ve only used it a few times to test it out.

This is a good product for charging your devices in the car. It is helpful for long trips and when you have family members who need to use devices which requires 110 voltage.
