This HOLACA camera cover is a decent option for protecting your outdoor security camera from the elements. It fits a wide range of camera brands, which is a definite plus, and the installation was straightforward. However, I had a rather alarming experience when opening the box – I found a black widow spider inside. These spiders are not native to my area, so I'm quite concerned that it came from an Amazon warehouse. While the cover itself seems okay, this incident definitely makes me wary. The plastic does feel a bit thin, which makes me wonder about its long-term durability, especially with harsh winters. But for now, it seems to be doing the job. Time will tell how it holds up, and I'll be keeping a close eye on things after my unexpected visitor.

This product is awesome. Super easy instructions. What we liked was it works with multiple Ring devices. This made mounting the camera easier, in my opinion, plus it will keep direct sunlight off the device which is something people say is a downfall of the Ring outdoor cameras (direct sunlight). My son & I installed the camera in no time. A+ product.

We had to add these above some of our outdoor cameras because of their open space. They kept getting water in the lenses, i can only imagine what the snow would do to them without this cozy little roof. Easy to install and keeps the cameras nice and dry.
