Replaced a manual control which was a pain to keep changing. I already had a 24 volts transformer for power. Hook up was simple. I have a ThermPro Humidly and Temperature gauge in my kitchen. Both the Honeywell the the ThermPro read 35 percent humidity at the max. Absolute in sync. When its below freezing both controls will show with in 1 to 2 degrees. No more condensed water on the windows. Installation Instructions cover everything. But you need to know how a furnace works and have DIY skills.

I bought this thermostat to replace my 7 year old one and it works wonderfully!

Simple to use, simple to install (if you have a "C" wire) and works well. Every year or two I have to reboot one of the 3 I've installed so it can recover the network connection - acceptable I think. The web site works well, and the monthly reports they send alerted me to fix a problem what would have cost me $100's a month if left uncontrolled. For the price, these are great.

I purchased this unit to replace my old H1008A controller and it works perfectly. It was a simple matter of marking the wiring on the previous unit and hooking the same wires up to the new unit.
