LOVE this for making sourdough bread. Each loaf is perfect and shaped like a normal loaf. Very durable and true to it's name. Very easy to care for and small enough to fit in any cupboard. Worth every penny!!!

Never thought I would go 2x over my budget for a bread pan. However, I fell in love with the size and versatility of this two-piece cast iron pan. Well worth the price. Inside dimensions are 10”L 6” W 5” H without the lid, 6” H with the lid. Extra large family size. MY first bread was a standard white sandwich loaf; second one was a simple no-kneed artisan bread. Both baked and released perfectly. This pan came pre-seasoned and maintenance is a breeze. Lid retains heat and steam to give a crusty exterior to your bread plus can be used independently for searing a steak, carmelizing veggies, etc. Acts like a Dutch oven in making your stew. A must for every serious cook.
