I love this so much I ended up buying two more in other colors. Because first off all, I was complemented multiple times when I’d worn the first one I’d purchased (and still do receive them). I live in Hawaii, so it’s perfect for all year round. I’ve worn it to the beach and sailing (one time we were blasted by a massive wave because the water was ohhh so choppy- does need to hang dry). The thing I LOVE the absolute most about this open knit cardigan sweater cover up shawl- what have you- is that I can put it on right after I’m finished practicing yoga (and I SWEAT like a mofo) and it doesn’t retain that BO smell that pretty much every other fabric does, even if I put on deodorant before donning it or even after washing it, but the damage has already been done, so once you start sweating again, that odor comes back and you wonder if the price you paid is worth throwing it away because it feels in really bad taste to donate, but not with this material!! So, maybe this cardigan open sweater knitted shawl thingy is made of cancer, but I’m probably riddled with free radicals just waiting for some other abnormality to come my way and latch themselves onto to start mutating (I grew up near New York City), but I’m willing to take that risk. It’s also lightweight enough that it can be balled up to carry in a bag, but takes up little space, while also keeping me relatively warm when those ridiculously strong south winds that haven’t stopped since LAST NOVEMBER 2023 start up and try and blow me away and have been killing all of the plants out on my lanai!! Moral of the story is: don’t buy this sweater because I don’t want everyone walking around wearing the same clothes as me. Jkjk, we will probably never cross paths, so go ahead and try it.

I'm 5 3 and this is long like to my knees material is good and so far alhas held up in the wash just fine
