DO NOT BUY - the voltage is not compatible with UK electricity. The machine constantly blows a 13amp fuse and is dangerous. UK electricity is 230 this is 110. I missed the return date and now I have a machine that does not work and paid huge amounts of money to Amazon.com. I have tried to contact Amazon with absolutely no success.Very disappointing and frustrating. Reluctantly had to give this 1 star, it certainly does not deserve it.

This positive experience has certainly piqued my interest and fostered a strong desire to explore more of what HTVront has to offer, ensuring that my future purchases will be both informed and enthusiastic decisions.—————————————————————Sadly I have to return this press originally when I received it I noticed that one of the feet was slightly broken “which was not a problem for me” however after a few presses I was telling my husband how the heat plate portion has a lot of play, moves everyday shape and form, he took a look at it and noticed that the rod that attached to the top of the plate and the metal handle part is broken! So unfortunately it is being returned but will purchase another one to replace it.

Although it arrived a day later than expected, it was probably due to it being newly released. It was worth the wait. Extremely well packaged with protective foam. Legible instructions in several languages. Was a little bit concerned after reading several reviews of heat press’ in general, about broken parts upon arrival, I was relieved when it arrived in perfect condition & zero issues. It’s double boxed. The product is boxed, then it’s Amazon boxed. Heats up quickly super easy & uniformly. The timer/heat controller attaches with a simple, provided, usb cord. Very satisfied with this purchase. Would buy from seller again. A++

Updated pt 2: I received the new machine in perfect condition. I have not used the new one yet, but did thoroughly review the machine for any defects. The customer support from Zoe was timely, communicative, polite and thorough. I appreciate all the seller has done to ensure satisfactory customer service. Changed to 5 stars.Update: was contacted by seller and they will be submitting a full replacement. The customer service was amazing and timely. placing at a 4 star until the new equipment arrives and is thoroughly looked at.Got our Heat Press today. My husband set it up and we realized the knob that tightens the pressure was cracked and one turn it started falling apart. I’m assuming something happened in transit?! Hoping to hear from the seller to get support - Amazon doesn’t seem to have the right option for this.The item heats up nicely and does iron on great… just would like a replacement knob
