This four-light fixture was a great upgrade for my Hunter Haskell ceiling fan. The original light fixture did not provide enough light for my kitchen. This fixture does! The only glitch in installation was that the attaching screws are a bit short. Longer screws would have made it easier to attach the fixture to the fan. Otherwise a great purchase!

I was very upset to open the package and discovery it was not in original packaging. The Plastic wrap was tied in a knot with a hole in the other end and the box had been retapped. I should not b change her full price on a return item. It should be disclosed your buying a return item. Very unhappy

Replaced single bulb/globe in my bedroom on an existing hunter fan. Colors match perfectly. Works with a dimmer if you use the right bulbs. I now have much more light in my bedroom. If this did not work i was going to install can lights which would have cost 4X as much and hours in a hot attic with not a lot of clearance.

So im pretty sure there is some law out there that ceiling fans can only use X amount of watts, so the manufacturers figure out ways to comply, one way to do this is to put candelabra bases on their ceiling fans because either the candelabra bulbs are exempt from the requirements or because they typically only are 40 watt bulbs.Whichever it is, its complete malarkey!!!53516 is my fan model number, which Hunter lists as compatible. My fan came with the light kit with candelabra sockets and the glass shades. To swap this fixture on my particular fan, i removed 1 screw and loosened 2 screws, twisted the whole light fixture and disconnected the square molex connector. I unscrewed the bottom piece from the top ring by removing 2 screws. From here it can be confusing because there is such a bunch of wires. You need to find the 2 wires(black and white) that go to the actual lights, then disconnect via these little connectors.Once youre here, just reverse what you just did with the new fixture. Note that my old fixture had the black and white wires going into a little box that then went to the lights. The new fixture does not have this little box and the wires go directly into the light sockets.Reinstall everything put your new bulbs in and I enjoy being able to use a brighter standard size bulb!

Nice looking fixture. Used to replace the fitting on my hunter ceiling fan which came with small candelabra bulb mounts, so that I could use higher brightness (75W equiv) LED bulbs.Easy to install, and matches the finish and style of my fan.Unfortunately I couldn't find any brushed finish ceiling fan, with light wood blades, that had regular full-size bulb sockets, so I got a fan that I liked and then switched out the light fitting.Only negative was that the bulb sockets were a little out of alignment, so I had to move them a little (gently) to center the bulbs in the lamp shades.
