Nice bag with lots of room but main zipper is difficult to close due to being folded to pack so it is a struggle to get closed

I bought this bag to replace one I bought in Italy 7 years ago and it is pretty much perfect. While I would have preferred zip pockets on the side instead of slot pockets (because they don't really hold much, maybe a small collapsible umbrella), it has a hidden pocket under the straps and plenty of space inside. It holds a laptop, purse, drink bottle, small lunch containers, a flat pencil case and more random stuff at the same time so it is perfect for uni. It also matches pretty much every outfit since it's black leather. I didn't realise it came with the pompom but it's pretty cute to attach to the side. It also has a strap so you can wear it as a side bag which is perfect when your back gets sore from wearing a backpack. It's detachable but I keep it on all the time on the smallest setting and it sits nicely around the front and underside of the bag. I don't think the leather is real but it looks high quality, slightly matte with a sheen in the light. One complaint is that the zip gets stuck when I pull at it too fast or at a weird angle, I can see it having to be replaced in a few years. Looks just like the photo

I bought this bag in black and gold. I love that I can easily switch from a purse to a backpack. I work in and office and have two toddlers. This bag is classy enough to carry for work and still really cute when I carry like a back pack with my daughters water cups in the side pockets. (I was nervous that they would not fit due to the material not looking like it would stretch.) But this bag is perfect. I carry my wallet, small makeup bag, pencil bag, 8x10 day planner, pack of wipes, small note book, and more. My only negative comment is the the sticking could be stronger. If you don’t carry much this is great but I tend to carry a lot and the straps broke. Because I loved this bag so much I sewed it with apolstery tread for more durability. I would 100% buy this bag again.
