When I first received the power bank, it was great. It would fast charge my phone in less than an hour. But just a few weeks after purchasing it will no longer charge any devices or hold a charge. It gets really hot when charging and when it's unplugged it shuts of immediately and will not turn on until plugged back in and it starts "charging" at 0% again. Would be a great product if it hadn't already failed.*UPDATE: The seller has replaced the unit and provided a new 3 year warranty. This charger is definitely worth it. It charges fast and is a great value with great customer service! Get one today!

Amazing battery bank. It keeps my Steam Deck and all my attached peripherals running (peltier cooler, 2nd screen) for hours on end while playing my emulators or even AAA games. Size is perfect for my use case and price was very competitive. Has pass through charging and the screen is bright. Problem I am facing and why I gave it a 3 star is because no matter what I do, this will NOT charge at 100w. I have used multiple 240w cables, 100w cables, and even the one that came with this and still nothing. I have tried 3 different 100w chargers and nothing. Even my 240w charger maxes out at 60w while charging. Not sure if mine is a dud but the In/Out claim of 100w is not true for me.Update: After receiving and 2nd one to test, confirmed that I will only charge at 60w. I pulled the Spec sheet and saw that it indeed charges at 65w (losses) but again, thus is an amazing product and DOES output at 100w. Charging might just take slightly longer because it only charges at 60w and not 100w. Don't even start with the size. Smallest one out there with this capacity.

I’m not sure how they pack tho power into a case this size, but despite my skepticism, it has held true to its promise. I assume it’s more than just using square cells instead of cylindrical ones wt this power density. While I haven’t run it to dead, using my power meter while running my Surface Pro 8, it delivered 10Wh while dropping to 90%, implying close to 100Wh total capacity, with a claimed rating of 91.25 Wh.In use, I run my Surface on low power with a second monitor plugged into it, and achieved over 2 hours of use with the power bank dropping to 55%; that extrapolates to about 4 hours *with an external USB-C monitor* powering off the Surface, likely over 5 hours without the monitor based on monitor draw. That gets me a full workday with no power outlet needed.The pack is slightly thicker than other Iniu power banks I have had, but only by about 3/16” or so, with build quality consistent. The power per cubic inch is just insane though. It’s about the same weight as the 10Ah bank I had previously, which would get me just over 2 hours of additional time on my computer without the screen attached.It has 3 ports, but using any more than one will ultimately reduce to total output of *all* ports, so you’re better off charging one thing at a time. However, it does support pass-thru charging on the lower power outputs if you have an input with enough wattage. It has a handy cheat sheet printed with the model specs on the back so you can strategize what you plug where. I’ve been able to charge both my computers off both the 100W and the 45W outputs.The downside is that it does take quite a while to charge off even a decent wall charger like a 30W or 45W. This makes a good complement of a full 100W GaN charger, utilizing the pass-thru ports to charge smaller devices while topping off the power bank.Whether the smaller size is worth the additional price per watt is really up to you, but it definitely matches it’s promised spec.

Update:They offered a replacement one without me even requesting it, so unexpectedly good customer service. Exact same problems. So I started digging out a variety of chargers and cables from the assortment I've collected since type C became a thing and tried it with a few different devices (laptop, phone, steam deck). The only things I had problems with were that one Dell charger (that just happens to be the one I use the most) and the included cable. Everything else worked as you'd expect.So: weirdly incompatible with that one charger, but worked with several others I've gotten with various phones or bought separately of different output power modes. All the other cables I tried with it worked fine both charging and discharging. So I don't know if I just got really unlucky with two defective cables included in the box or if there's something incompatible about them, but they also wouldn't be the first USB-C cables I've tossed in the trash for being flaky.But, nobody's buying this for an included cable; I bought it for the compactness and the 100W charging and all that seems to work great aside from one particular charger.Original:The size is nice but it's absurdly picky with cables. It just plain won't charge with my 65W Dell laptop charger (that works fine with every other USB PD device I own and supports 4/5 of the input modes it lists on the back), but luckily my Anker 100W charger worked was able to charge it. I tried to charge my Steam Deck with the included cable and it worked the first time, but now the charging constantly flickers on and off with the included cable. I connected it with another high quality USB cable and it seems fine for now, but the inconsistency really makes me wary about traveling with this battery.

Great product, amazingly powerful for the size! It was a little bit heavier than I had imagined but very compact and charges multiple devices at the same time with still a ton of power left in reserve. Very impressed and would highly recommend to someone in need of a portable charger.
