Bought the item in July 2024 and Jan 2024 I returned the item luckily.First issue was the date not syncing with my phone. Firmware update fixed that2nd issue was that it would automatically go to the rear camera with no way getting into the main menu. Also there is no way in viewing the video using their app. After contacting INNOVV support, they suggested to make a return.Amazon CS was kind enough to do a return after the return period has passedWasted 2 weeks of my time knowing the unit was defective. I sent them videos, followed their directions, and it felt like I was an idiot even though I did all the troubleshooting twice for them. Most people that buy these items are pretty knowledgeable in how to troubleshoot since we usually install it ourselves.I would never buy from these guys products due to their inept customer support.

I like this thing. I do. Well, I want to like this thing. Let's settle on, I like a bunch of things about this thing. Everyone else has mentioned the things to like. So let me cut to the chase - two things not to like:#1. A major design flaw in the N1 - an otherwise high-end unit - is the way you access videos. How on earth they thought it was a good idea to bury the SD card behind a screwed-on plate - secured by two of the tiniest screws known to man... What a stupid design! I love this thing when I'm riding. But you literally cannot access the SD card without using a ridiculously tiny screwdriver to twist some TINY little screws that WILL fly across your garage, after which you WILL spend about a half hour on your hands and knees searching... You get the idea. (There's a possibility of accessing the video files via WIFI using an app called VIIDURE, but God help you if you have Android. You'll end up in a never-ending wifi connection loop...)#2. Once you do, by some stroke of luck, access the video files it records, the videos are plagued with chronic rolling shutter. Even in full sunlight, the wavy video will just about make you nauseous to watch. There are ways to improve the footage in post-production, but it is a serious problem. I haven't found a fix for it yet or seen too many people talk about it. I was hoping to use this to create vlog entries, but the quality so far isn't good enough for that purpose quite yet.

It's not cheap, but it's worth it! High-quality body construction, beautiful image, and touchscreen super responsive. The cameras are good enough for dash cameras, not for vlogging of course.

Firmware needs updating really bad, Support to update it is terrible, TPMS is constantly blocking the screen and recordings, Low light video is terrible.Definitely wait and don't buy until all the issues are fixed.
